In an Interdisciplinary Humanities Center Research Focus Group Talk on May 6th from 4-6 p.m. in HSSB 3041 , Baruch College and City University of New York professor Anna Lucille Boozer will discuss her research about cleaning and disposing, as they represent key principles of social organization. She argues that a close examination of rubbish and waste depositions, along with the discarded items themselves, might be able to tell us about social values in the houses of Roman Egypt.
