On May 23rd from 7-9 p.m. in Pollock Theater, The Carsey-Wolf Center will be screening the documentary This is Not a Film, which focuses on censorship in Iran. Filmmaker Jafar Panahi was arrested and charged with creating propaganda against the Iranian government, banned from making any films or operating any cameras. This documentary explores what happens after, and was filmed using an iPhone and camcorder.
