The LASA Mexico Awards Committee noted that they received “an unprecedented number of submissions in nearly all of the awards, and we are all very impressed at the enormous quality of the work of fellow Mexicanists in all disciplines.”

Sarah Cline’s article is available for download at Dr. Cline, who is a Research Professor of History at UC Santa Barbara, will be recognized in the Mexico Section Business Meeting of LASA 2016 in May in New York.
